Kalam Samman 2024 Bengal Prestigious Award was organized by Anjana Foundation at the historical place Indian Association (Bharat Sabha) Auditorium in Kolkata. 40 distinguished scholars of the society were awarded this honour. Among whom there were writers, poets, artists, philanthropists, doctors, actors, actresses, painters, photographers, models and many other dignitaries. Dr. Sukesh Kumar Mondal, a novelist and researcher honored by the President, was present among the chief guests on the occasion.Eminent Educationist and Joint Director West Bengal School Education Department Mr.Manik Chandra Dolui was present. Eminent educationist Mr.Bangshibadan Chattopadhyay was present. Eminent Social Activist and Director of Sangbad Kolkata News Channel Mr.Gautam Dutta was present. Senior Ex-Super fashion model and Banga Gaurav Samman achiever Director of Anjana Foundation Miss Archita Sen was present. The Director of Kalam Samman Bengal Prestigious Award Dr.Neal Sengupta was present. Dr. Neel Sengupta is an eminent writer, psychologist, philanthropist, also National Awards Achiever, World Book of Star Records holder, Magic Book of Records Holder.Among the 40 distinguished guests were Samadrita Sengupta, Abhaya Sengupta, Sukanya Dutta, Rajeshwari Dutta Saha, Arpita Chatterjee, Seema Mitra Banerjee, Keshav Ranjan, Swapan Pal, Dr. Kingshuk Chakraborty,Sangeet Bharti Dr. Deepshri, Special Ganguly Ojha, Anubrata Gupta, Dr. Sheikh Shahnayaz Mollah, Sagarika Roy, Trishan Dasgupta, Somasree Chakraborty, Sarbani Ganguly, Dr. Triparna Chattopadhyay, Megha Sadhukhan,Rajeev Shravan, P. Shaswati and many others were present. Swapan Pal Mahashay, the promoter of the pilgrimage to Halishahar, presented the statue of Saint Kabiranjan Ramprasad Sen to the chief guests and the authorities of the Indian Association.
In this award ceremony of Anjana Foundation, Press Club North 24 Parganas was a joint initiative and Sanbad Kolkata and Minu Fashion were the main partners. Dr. Neal Sengupta, the leader of Kalam Samman, said that he feels very proud to have awarded this honor to so many prominent scholars of the society. He hopes to take this award globally in the coming days.
The entire event was captured on camera by eminent photographer Kingkor Hui and Udita Sen was on special duty of broadcasting. One of the highlights of the program was 2024 new year calendar launch.Where Nisha Sardar, Avaya Sengupta, Anamika Dutta, Sangeeta Chakraborty, Gloria Chowdhury, Tanumita Mukherjee, Rohit Mukherjee and others are working as models. In preparation for the next season next July 2024.
