HARRY Styles’ girlfriend Olivia Wilde was shocked to be served custody papers on stage in front of hundreds of fans.
She had been interrupted by a mystery courier while discussing thriller Don’t Worry Darling — which stars former 1D singer Harry, 28.
Olivia, 38, asked: “This is for me?” before composing herself and continuing her speech.
Fans seethed on Twitter with user DaysOfYoung saying of Ted Lasso actor Jason: “That is so low! Olivia should get a very public apology.
“Whether he knew about it or not, he should be held responsible.”
And Chris Alan said of Tuesday’s drama: “Damn Ted Lasso is a d***.”
But an insider close to Jason, 46 — Olivia’s partner from 2011–2020 — insisted he had no knowledge the papers would be served at Las Vegas CinemaCon.
A source added: “Mr Sudeikis had no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered.
“This would solely be up to the process service company.
“He would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner.”
CinemaCon boss Mitch Neuhauser told US news website Deadline: “We have never in the history of the convention had an incident where a delegate has approached the stage who was not authorised to be there.”
They said organisers were re-evaluating security.
