A PROFESSIONAL cleaner admitted she nearly declined a job because the apartment was so dirty.
She said it had trash piled high and smelled like rotting food.
A voice behind a video posted by cleaning company Tidy Trojans, run by University of Southern California students Mila Vipond and Kaitlin Schachter, said: “This clean was the closet I’ve ever been to having to turn down a client.
“There was garbage everywhere and the entire place smelled like rotting food.”
In the video, bags full of trash can be seen carelessly thrown around the floor and garbage of all sorts was littered everywhere, from the floors to the countertop.
The cleaner in the video said she first tackled the trash and removed it from the apartment so she could start disinfecting the area.
“After loading the dishwasher with any dirty dishes, I started on the sink,” she said as she showed her steps in progress.
“Before cleaning the counters, I had to put away all of the stuff that was on them so I organized the cabinets and then got to work.”
Next, she moved to the bathroom and pointed out how dirty both the floors and toilet were.
However, like a pro, she had them cleaned in no time.
To complete the job, she vacuumed and mopped “as usual.”
The apartment was completely transformed by the time the cleaner was done with it and looked both sanitary and habitable once again.
Viewers were in complete shock that people let their residence become so dirty in the first place.
“How do people live life this,” one person questioned.
“That’s laziness I hope you charged double,” another slammed.
“It’ll be back to the original mess in no time,” a third person wrote.
The poster added in the comment section that she did not judge her clients and was simply glad to be able to return the apartment to its former glory.
“And I almost turned down the clean because I felt like it was outside MY capabilities, not because I didn’t want to help (I did!),” she explained.
